Did you know that STEP was created, to be a ministry of our partner churches, rather than a ministry supported by the churches?  Why is this so different? It gives ownership to the partner churches!  STEP isn’t just a ministry that is funded & operated by a small staff; it is a ministry that is funded and operated by the body of Christ.  If STEP is successful, it is because the people of God are working as we should – together, in order, & in love – to do a work that is extraordinary because it is God’s Kingdom work!

The STEP Board of Directors is made up of representatives of our partner churches.  It is their responsibility to keep STEP in the forefront of the minds of the people at their church and to give leadership & oversight to the STEP staff.  If you want to learn more about how your church is supporting your ministry here at STEP, please contact your church’s Board representative.  They are listed above, next to their church & would love to visit with you!
